Overview
Temperature control and response at low temperature are superior due to cooling effect generated by a jacket for cooling-water.
This cell is easy-to-use for 70mm in diameter CF flange and compact design.
This cell can be used in various environments since sheath heater and sheath thermocouple are adopted.
