Expendables Viewports
Overview
The viewports are viewing windows for observing the inside of the vacuum chamber through the glass from the atmosphere side.
– The viewports are intended for use in UHV (Ultra high vacuum).
– Bakeable up to 400oC.
– The viewports are mounted on CF (ConFlat) flanges.
